Recipe is 300g buckwheat flour, 300g oat flour, 50g chia seed flour (or soaked up chia seeds). Then add the yeast 10 grams, maple sirop 2 table spoons and two table spoons of salt and 500ml of warm water.
Topping is tomatoe sauce, thin sliced eggplant, roasted pine nuts, mashed garlic, and a bit of grated cheese of your choice (pecorino), chilli powder.
Then 10-15min in 250degree oven. (x)
